At fullblank, customer satisfaction is at the heart of what we do. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
- You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@fullblankdesigns.com or WhatsApp us at +91 93527 43934 with your order ID and reason for return.
- Return pick-up is available in most locations. If not, you may be asked to ship the product back to us manually.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you regarding the status of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days via the original payment method.
- For COD orders, we will initiate a refund via UPI or bank transfer after collecting the required details from you.
3. Exchanges
- Exchange is allowed for size issues or defective products only.
- Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
- We process exchanges once the original item is picked up and received.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Products bought during sale or clearance events are not eligible for return or exchange.
- Accessories (if any) are also non-returnable unless damaged or defective.
5. Damaged/Defective Items
- If you receive a damaged item, please email/WhatsApp us with clear photos within 48 hours of receiving the order.
